Each item is sent via the highest standard to give it the best and safest transit.

A print is covered in acid free tissue paper to protect against moisture, and wrapped again in tissue paper to protect twice. Each print has Hivepaper packaging at each end to absorb any movement that may happen during transit.

​

It is then placed into a thick cardboard tube for transit. It is the best way for prints to be shipped in the strongest way possible.

​

Please recycle as much as possible of the packaging when you can!

 

Each item is posted in one of two ways possible depending on destination:

Signed For® 1st Class for UK Orders

International Tracked and Signed for International orders

 

If Tracked and Signed is unavailable in a destination, it is sent International Signed for.

 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please keep track of your item once it is sent, as you will need to sign for it.

All items are sent via Royal Mail.

An item will require a signature on delivery, if a signature is not received, you will need to check the Terms and Conditions page for details on what to do.

 

If an item is returned, it is the buyers responsibility to organise redelivery at the buyers cost.

We will do our best to make sure items are sent efficiently as possible to their destinations, but please be aware to make sure you check tracking so you can be in for delivery!
